2012, the year of great change...

I've been doing some reading lately. I found some interesting information about the Mayans. While looking at the in this article titled The Pyramid of Kukulcan; a Precessional Alarm Clock I discovered some interesting aspects of this ancient architecture. It is in fact the year 2012 in which the purported "serpant" will descend from the sky, according to these pyramids. They talk of a "serpant" coming down from the sky, as in the past; this instance is thought to be one of a spiritual transformation for humanity.

Perhaps this means that the "serpant" will be an alien vessal poised to bring about an age of enlightenment to mankind. The ancient prophecies from egypt
and the ancient americas seem to converge on the period between 2012 and 2036 as the most important transition for humanity. This is using the relation of the sun and stars to the pramids that each culture erected.

As my reading binge continued I ran into an interesting site detailing the origins of our understandings and the elegance of The Golden Mean. This is a fascinating read, even if one already knows the principles of the golden mean. It is described, most brilliantly, how the golden mean relates to everything and is somewhat of a universal resonance.

These structures were not created for temporary purposes; everything that I have researched on pyramids points to their being created as a timepiece and as a form of prophecy. I firmly believe that the Atlanteans created the pyramids of South America, Egypt and China; all of these pyramids were created with the same measurement unit, the Cubit. In readings done by Edgar Cayce he states that it was, in fact, the Atlanteans who built the pyramids.
