Government Offical witnesses Cheney controlling 911

Here is the congressional testimony of the Transportation Secretary that was in office during the 911, Norman Mineta. Mineta talks about an incident he witnessed, in which Vice President Dick Cheney was repeatedly given notifications that a hijacked plane was approaching a target.

Mineta claims that the individual notifying Cheney of the progress of the jet gave the distance of the airplane to the target. When the airplane was within a few miles, the individual asked "do the orders still stand" to which Cheney replied "OF COURSE THE ORDERS STAND, HAVE I TOLD YOU ANY DIFFERENT!"

This has strong implications, since it means that Cheney knew full-well that an was underway and was indeed ordering NORAD to stand down during the attacks of the 911.
