Beating the illegally run IRS in the legal system.

While researching the Internal Revenue Service and their lack of authority to collect taxes on wages, I came accross an interesting discussion thread and message board in which non-taxpayers discuss their run-ins with the IRS.

Many of the people on this forum are quite well informed about matters of law; much can be learned from a review of these cases involving the IRS.

The forum can be accessed here:
http://www.suijuris.net/forum/

The following is from the thread:
http://www.suijuris.net/forum/success-stories/8309-huge-victory-tax-honesty-movement.html

Please send copies of this post, or at least share the url, with all of your friends and associates who are non-taxpayers.

In case some of you have not heard, earlier this month, an American Citizen employed by Mitsubishi Motors, who was charged with and indicted on Willful failure to file tax returns, and tax evasion, and was accused by a Grand Jury of violating 26 USC 7201 and 26 USC 7203, had all of the 6 charges against him dismissed WITH PREJUDICE, after the USG attorneys learned that as part of his defense, his attorney would be introducing the Paperwork Reduction Act and the IRS's repeated failures to comply with that positive enacted law.

You can read the original indictment here:

http://www.cheatingfrenzy.com/lawrence.pdf

And contained below is the official entry from PACER.

Scroll down to the entires on May 10, 11, and then May 12, 2006, where you can see that the DOJ attorneys backed off, and asked the Court to dismiss the defendent's case "With Prejudice". Which means he can not be indicted or charged for those same alleged crimes, for the same 3 years. The Court then dismissed all charges against Mr Lawrence who earned about $174,000 in remuneration over a 3 year period. NOTE, I DID NOT SAY HE RECEIVED WAGES.

This is a huge victory for the Tax Honesty Movement. Hoo-rah!!

My assessment is that for those that can effectively argue the Paperwork Reduction Act as part of their defense when the write affidavits to the IRS's top lawyers at IRS HQs, they stand a far better chance of prevailing on the merits.

Remember, the IRS much prefers to attack those folks who have weak defenses and who have not done an effective job rebutting the IRS's false presumptions contained in one's IRS Administrative File.

IN a word, the IRS much prefers to prey upon the weak and the misinformed. By doing so, the IRS is more easily able to cherry pick the low hanging fruit and then point to their so-called victories in Court, as a way to beef up their propoganda and thereby scare other American Citizens into paying an income tax that no positive law and Implementing Regulation requires them to pay in the first place.

Also, from a legal strategy standpoint, it is very obvious that the risk of losing this case against Mr. Lawrence, was so great, that rather than risk going to trial and possibly losing and then establishing a very dangerous precedent that would have been immensely unfavorable to the corrupt IRS, the DOJ attorneys correctly concluded that it was much better to allow Mr. Lawrence, the defendent, to walk away a FREE Man, rather than risk having the PRA Defense widely publicized around America.

Further, I also conclude that the decision to dismiss all charges against Mr. Lawrence WAS NOT made by the local Assistant Attorneys General, but instead was made by the senior staff in the DOJ Tax Division, and it most likely also involved input from IRS Attorney Mark Matthews, IRS Deputy Commissioner for Enforcement, as well as several other senior IRS attorneys. Feel free to send a "Thank You" fax to Mark Matthews, and his loyal sidekick, Linda Kroening, Esquire, at fax # 1-202-622-4255, and thank them for the IRS's and DOJ dismissal of all 6 counts against Mr. Lawrence..

The decision by US government attorneys to dismiss a major tax crimes case such as this one, and to request the dismissal with prejudice, is not a decision that is made lightly. In the instant case, it is very obvious that the DOJ attorneys and the IRS senior strategists, jointly concluded in the days prior to May 12, 2006, that it was far riskier going to trial and possibly losing, or winning the initial case in the lower court, only to then eventually lose on appeal.

And I also believe that the DOJ attorneys knew well before May 12, 2006, that should the Defense Team be allowed to use the PRA as part of their defense, it was the intention of the DOJ attorney to pull the plug and drop all charges.

*****
Below is the offical docket of this very important victory for the Tax Honesty Movement. Please do your part to show America that American Citizens are winning cases against the corrupt IRS and DOJ, by standing up for their Constitutional Rights and using the PRA as part of their defense.

Colorado

Last week I took a long trip to Colorado for a variety of reasons: soul searching, hiking, sight seeing and a family reunion. Aside from a few issues having to do my relatives, the trip went well. I was able to hike some beautiful trails in the mountains and visit the summit of Pike's Peak (pictured above).

The Black Pope, aka The Jesuit General

Jesuits are premiere assassins throughout the world; they rule one of the greatest organized crime networks that has ever existed. They are behind the Zionist movement, which has nothing to do with Judaism, as is commonly believed. Jesuits control the Catholic church and rule most of the Earth through the Black Pope, count Hans Kolvenbach

The Vatican Assassins, a lecture given at Consipiracy Con 2002, takes an In Depth look at the Jesuit organizations that have played a major role in the outcome of many events that shaped the world. Having recently watched the lecture, I can assure you that I am thoroughly convinced that Jesuits are behind much of what is going on. Once you understand who these people are and how they've played a role in our history, it will be easy to understand the greater plan behind what we are seeing happen in the world today.

The lecturer, Eric Phelps, authored the book Vatican Assassins. There are also a number of websites along the same lines as the lecture given by Eric.

Timothy Leary: How to Operate Your Brain

The complete owner's guide, How to Operate Your Brain, is a 29 minute, guided, electronic (spoken/musical) meditation. In it, Dr. Leary tries to impart to the listener essential aspects of his visionary psychadellic experiences.

I have also included an article by one of Timothy Leary's friends. Its hard to believe that its already been 10 years since Mr. Leary's death.

10 years since Timothy Leary's death

source: JOI's Diary

Timothy Leary passed away 10 years ago today. I was with him the evening before he died and I still remember his humor even in his final hour.

I met Timothy Leary in Tokyo in the summer of 1990. Tim was excited about virtual reality and had told his friend David Kubiak in Kyoto to help him track down "young Japanese kids who know about virtual reality". I wasn't a VR expert, but I was into computer graphics, games and the rave/club scene. I had also just opened a nightclub in Tokyo. David, who lived in Kyoto, directed Tim to me and several others in Tokyo and we hooked up with him at a bar.

I hijacked the situation. After dinner I grabbed Tim and took him on a whirlwind tour of the Tokyo club scene. His visit happened to coincide with the time in my life when I was more tuned in to the Tokyo club scene than any other time in my life being the operator of one of the weirder nightclubs in Tokyo. I tried to explain how the Japanese youth were interpreting the rave and cyberpunk cultures. Tim got excited and we continued our dialog. He called these new funky Japanese kids "The New Breed". He changed the "tune in, turn on, drop out" to "tune in, turn on, take over." We talked a lot about neoteny, the retention of child-like attributes in adulthood, which he felt was exhibited in the culture of the Japanese youth at the time.

When I met Tim, I had been exposed to a lot of his work through his early writings and through the writings of people like Robert Anton Wilson. When I asked him whether he had actually talked to aliens as Robert Anton Wilson says in Cosmic Trigger, Tim explained that it was all a joke. A big joke. All that stuff about magic numbers and talking to aliens was a joke. Tim had an interesting relationship with the New Age culture that he helped create in the 60's but his interests had moved on to cyberspace and the next generation of youth. Tim was practical and analytical while also being an amazing performer and communicator. Above all, he was almost always very funny. He called himself a "performing philosopher."

When my mother moved to Los Angeles and I decided to base myself partially out of LA, Tim picked us up at the airport in LA and immediately threw a party for us at his home in Beverly Hills. That weekend, he insisted that we (mom, sister and myself) drive with him to San Francisco so he could introduce us to his friends there. He called Queen Mu, the publisher of Mondo 2000 and asked them to organize a party at the Mondo house. At that party, my sister met Scott Fisher, who she eventually married. We also met Mark Pauline of Survival Research Labs and probably 80% of the people I know in San Francisco. I have a feeling I might have met John Perry Barlow there as well. Tim also took me to the offices of The Well and introduced me to Stewart Brand. In one week, Tim had introduced us to his amazing network and had "plugged us in". I would not be where I am today if it were not for Tim's generosity in making his entire network available to us.

In LA, I spent a lot of time with Tim working on a book and producing a TV show in Japan called "The New Breed" based on our conversations. He enlisted me as a "God Son" which he has been known to do from time to time to people he considered family. I continued to meet people through Tim. Tim's house was always open to anyone and was a crossroads where Hollywood stars, hippies, technologists, academics, artists and just about any other kind of person you could imagine would come and hang out and enjoy his hospitality and share thoughts. I miss Tim very much and I miss the network of people he helped bring and keep together. I am still in touch with many of the people from those days but it's obviously not the same without him. However, I believe his influence and legacy lives on and every day I say my favorite words of his: "Question Authority and Think for Yourself." That is the motto that I live by.

I just got this from Zack Leary, Tim's son.

Zack Leary
Friends,

Ten years ago on this very day Timmy worked up every last bit of strength he had and plopped his cancer ridden vessel into his electric wheelchair. He did his morning ritual of barking at someone to make his coffee and to get his newspaper while he wheeled around the house to then soak up the sun outside on the Sunbrook Drive porch. This day felt different, however. The morning ritual never did go smoothly, but this day it seemed like it was just to much god damn trouble to begin with. He knew that too. After a sip or two of coffee he basically said “fuck it” and got what was left of his ass back in bed. There were not many words left – his fantastic world class verbosity was no longer. His tall proud gorgeous physique was long gone. His mental dance and history lesson of teaching us how to die was complete – it was time to cash in his few remaining chips.

It’s funny when you know that a specific day is going to be THE day someone dies. We all knew that May 31st, 1996 was going to be the day that Timmy was going to die. As he sat in his bed, the kind hospice people calmed his body down to a tranquil enough state for the rest of the crew to go ahead make the necessary arrangements. From about 10 a.m. until midnight many friends made one last trip to the foot of the bed to say their last goodbyes. The gracious republican landlords from next door, some of the wait staff from Mortons, old friends from Hollywood, team members, some family were all there to make good on his dying wish. What a day it was!

I think the only people who were truly freaking out were the rest of us, he was fine. His grace into death was legendary. As the day went on, he treated us to a spontaneous death rap called “Why? Why not” as about a dozen of us sat there laughing and crying. And then sometime very very late he said his last word “beautiful” and then drifted away.

As the coroners came to pick up the stiff we sat in the living room at Sunbrook freaked out and passed out. They wheeled his body out on the gurny and as he was approaching the doorway we have him one last rousing round of applause. A life well lived.

Timothy Leary died exactly 10 years ago today, on May 31, 1996.

Here's a nice selection of his writings, online:
http://www.erowid.org/culture/characters/leary_timothy/
And the WIKIpedia on Tim:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timothy_Leary

He was really just one of us, living a meaningful, full life...thriving in exemplary ways... making his unique contributions to our evolution...standing up when no one else would, telling stories along the way: fantastic tales, modern parables, simple foibles, profound insights, hilarious episodes...

Dr. Tim died on May 31, 1996. And on that day I would venture that the backplane of our planetary mind, the spirit world if you will...was vastly enriched with the new edge of human experience that Timothy's life so powerfully embodied. He was a modern hero with whom millions resonated, and whose mind and spirit opened many evolutionary pathways.

Tim was a friend and great inspiration to many. We remember and honor him as the human journey continues!

peace,
Michael

Trans-national highway to bring about North-American Union

In case anyone wondered why all of the immigration demonstrations were organized and funded by wealthy backers such as the Ford foundation, we now have the answer. It looks as if the solution, which is to be imposed upon this country without the consent of the people, is to combine the United States with Canada and Mexico.

The political and economic leaders of this country have been working quetly behind the scenes to build a massive highway through Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. This is sure to put even more U.S. workers out on the streets as it allows Mexican trucks loaded with goods from the far east easy access to the entire nation.

If you feel this is bad for all but the rich, as I do, then it is time to start writing your congressmen and telling them that this is proposterous.

Bush Administration Quietly Plans NAFTA Super Highway

Quietly but systematically, the Bush Administration is advancing the plan to build a huge NAFTA Super Highway, four football-fields-wide, through the heart of the U.S. along Interstate 35, from the Mexican border at Laredo, Tex., to the Canadian border north of Duluth, Minn.

Once complete, the new road will allow containers from the Far East to enter the United States through the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas, bypassing the Longshoremans Union in the process. The Mexican trucks, without the involvement of the Teamsters Union, will drive on what will be the nations most modern highway straight into the heart of America. The Mexican trucks will cross border in FAST lanes, checked only electronically by the new SENTRI system. The first customs stop will be a Mexican customs office in Kansas City, their new Smart Port complex, a facility being built for Mexico at a cost of $3 million to the U.S. taxpayers in Kansas City.

As incredible as this plan may seem to some readers, the first Trans-Texas Corridor segment of the NAFTA Super Highway is ready to begin construction next year. Various U.S. government agencies, dozens of state agencies, and scores of private NGOs (non-governmental organizations) have been working behind the scenes to create the NAFTA Super Highway, despite the lack of comment on the plan by President Bush. The American public is largely asleep to this key piece of the coming North American Union that government planners in the new trilateral region of United States, Canada and Mexico are about to drive into reality.

Just examine the following websites to get a feel for the magnitude of NAFTA Super Highway planning that has been going on without any new congressional legislation directly authorizing the construction of the planned international corridor through the center of the country.

NASCO, the North America SuperCorridor Coalition Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the worlds first international, integrated and secure, multi-modal transportation system along the International Mid-Continent Trade and Transportation Corridor to improve both the trade competitiveness and quality of life in North America. Where does that sentence say anything about the USA? Still, NASCO has received $2.5 million in earmarks from the U.S. Department of Transportation to plan the NAFTA Super Highway as a 10-lane limited-access road (five lanes in each direction) plus passenger and freight rail lines running alongside pipelines laid for oil and natural gas. One glance at the map of the NAFTA Super Highway on the front page of the NASCO website will make clear that the design is to connect Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. into one transportation system.

Kansas City SmartPort Inc. is an investor based organization supported by the public and private sector to create the key hub on the NAFTA Super Highway. At the Kansas City SmartPort, the containers from the Far East can be transferred to trucks going east and west, dramatically reducing the ground transportation time dropping the containers off in Los Angeles or Long Beach involves for most of the country. A brochure on the SmartPort website describes the plan in glowing terms: For those who live in Kansas City, the idea of receiving containers nonstop from the Far East by way of Mexico may sound unlikely, but later this month that seemingly far-fetched notion will become a reality.

The U.S. government has housed within the Department of Commerce (DOC) an SPP office that is dedicated to organizing the many working groups laboring within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada to create the regulatory reality for the Security and Prosperity Partnership. The SPP agreement was signed by Bush, President Vicente Fox, and then-Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Tex., on March 23, 2005. According to the DOC website, a U.S.-Mexico Joint Working Committee on Transportation Planning has finalized a plan such that (m)ethods for detecting bottlenecks on the U.S.-Mexico border will be developed and low cost/high impact projects identified in bottleneck studies will be constructed or implemented. The report notes that new SENTRI travel lanes on the Mexican border will be constructed this year. The border at Laredo should be reduced to an electronic speed bump for the Mexican trucks containing goods from the Far East to enter the U.S. on their way to the Kansas City SmartPort.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is overseeing the Trans-Texas Corridor (TTC) as the first leg of the NAFTA Super Highway. A 4,000-page environmental impact statement has already been completed and public hearings are scheduled for five weeks, beginning next month, in July 2006. The billions involved will be provided by a foreign company, Cintra Concessions de Infraestructuras de Transporte, S.A. of Spain. As a consequence, the TTC will be privately operated, leased to the Cintra consortium to be operated as a toll-road.
The details of the NAFTA Super Highway are hidden in plan view. Still, Bush has not given speeches to bring the NAFTA Super Highway plans to the full attention of the American public. Missing in the move toward creating a North American Union is the robust public debate that preceded the decision to form the European Union. All this may be for calculated political reasons on the part of the Bush Administration.

A good reason Bush does not want to secure the border with Mexico may be that the administration is trying to create express lanes for Mexican trucks to bring containers with cheap Far East goods into the heart of the U.S., all without the involvement of any U.S. union workers on the docks or in the trucks.

The Jester Race

Rush faster on the one-way lane
the answers so silent

Rusty gods in their machine-mind armours
grind our souls in the millstone of time
the "deathbed harvest" is a dead man's banquet
of mold ridden bread and black, poisoned wine

Here we go...our step so silent
Here we go...our blooded trace
the Jester Race

Calling our to the gathered masses
their answers so silent

Here we go...

Embracing the tools of the neo-wolf age
that speak of silence and silence alone

Offering the tokens, the reliced idols
to the heirs of the newly raped ground
inferior even to the transparent winds
lesser in the motion and sound

Here we go...

There is no trace of me
in their altered blueprints of life

Gaia impaled on their horns and lances
the fumes from her body give chase
as the strong of blind men savour the scent,
dream-dead from Prozac and hate

-epilogue-

"Sunwind strokes the ElectroHeart,
ignition roars through the corridors,
stream launching the binary vessels"

Vanities in extreme formations
ride into tomorrow's rigid great face
The Machinery outlives the futile scripts
of our dying jester race

Who's in charge of your U.S. Dollars?

The new croney in charge of the fed is Ben Shalom Bernanke; the name alone should tell you something.

Bernanke is well known for his famous "printing press speech" in which he advocates pumping money into the economy in order to solve our problems. In other words he proposes a hidden tax, monetary inflation, which devalues everyones dollars. This is to be done because the U.S. debt is too large to repay and must be "inflated away."

Whirly Ben really pulled one off when, in 2003, he engineered a deal with the Japaneese Central Bank (JCB) in which the Japanese bought and borrowed TRILLIONS of Yen in order to stabilise the U.S. Dollar and treasury market. The Yen were printed from thin air or borrowed and then the dollars purchased were placed in a custodial account at the Fed where they bought U.S. government bonds with them.

Back then I was avidly watching the live Foreign Exchange charts and saw the HUGE amounts of Yen that the bank would dump on the market all at once. It literally caused the dollar to swing an entire cent. This built up alot of speculation and brought dollar buyers into the market, causing the USD/JPY to swing 20% in favor of the USD!

One of the main problems that this "injection" causes, however, results from the fact that it placed an enormous amount of liquidity into the system and now we have the housing bubble and many more bubbles to come. The liquidity simply cannot be drained out of the system.

If Gold and Silver were used instead of paper backed by reserve-less central banks, then these kinds of shenanigans could not take place. The use of U.S. Federal Reserve Notes centralizes power and allows Central Bankers to devalue your dollars and collect interest on them without any consent from you or your elected officials. This is taxation without representation and I honestly don't see why it is so difficult to see why this is wrong and do something about it.

Transitioning to a Healthy Lifestyle

Introduction

I often encounter individuals who are depressed about their health; they feel that, although they know some of the basics of a healthy lifestyle, there is little to nothing that they can do to change the situation. I was once of the same mindset, and I can honestly say that much can be done with a few fundamental changes in perception.

Many of us fail to realize that, in order to break out of the cycle of self-abuse, it is essential that daily habits come under scrutiny. Unfortunately, however, most of us cleave tightly to our habits as if they were some sort of sacred ritual not to be criticized or changed in any way. This is individualism at its best. I cannot even begin to keep track of the number of health-related exchanges I've had with others in which they dismiss rock-solid scientific evidence because it is inconvenient or it causes them to call into question the beneficiality of their daily routines.

One thing that we need to keep in mind, however, is that the human body is a marvelous machine. When it is cared for properly, it will thrive and provide years of happiness and harmony. When it is abused, it will gradually break down and cause physical and spiritual degredation.

Many will argue that they are perfectly happy eating highly processed foods. Sure, they may feel quite well after gulping down a giant soft drink or eating a bag of cheezy poofs; but do any of these people realize what chemical reactions are taking place in their body after imbibing these substances?

Changing to a Vegetable-Based Diet

The human body functions best when its diet consists of un-processed natural ingredients. It is therefore essential that one avoid the center portion of the supermarket, as most of the foods in this portion are highly processed, utilize partially hydrogenated oils and may contain harmful sugar substitutes such as Splenda.

Optimally, 80-90% of our food should be fresh produce, with the bulk of that being above-ground vegetables. Fresh produce contains valuable enzymes, is easy for the body to digest and aids in the elimination of wastes and accumulated toxins.

If you find it difficult to believe that the typical diet is so far off from what it needs to be, try adding a decent amount of produce to your daily intake and note how you feel a week later. If your experience is anything like mine, you will achieve the necessary motivation once you feel the tremendous difference a produce-based diet makes.

Keys to a Healthy Lifestyle

I've discovered, through my experiences, that most of the effort consumed while sucessfully transitioning is geared towards restraint. There are many foods available in the supermarket which have some level of toxicity; we have to do our homework and understand this before we place these foods into our bodies.

Here are some interesting resources:

This is Cooling

As I sit here enjoying this Saturday morning thinking over the events of the past week, I am simply lost for words, only musical verses seem to make any sense to me at this time.

I'd like to share a beautiful song with you. This is the sort of song that, in order to grasp its meaning, you have to understand what is between the lines, because it is far more than it appears to be at first glance, as with most of the work from this artist.

I won't spoil the song by placing my point of view on it. I think that music is like literature, with its meaning best communicated directly from the musician. I only hope that some of you find it to be intriguing.

listen here, if it doesn't autostart for you

maybe i didn't like to hear
but i still can't believe speed racer is dead
so then i thought i'd make some plans
but fire thought she'd really rather be water instead

and peggy got a message for me, from jesus
and i heard every word that you have said
and i know i have been
driven like the snow

but this is cooling
faster then i can
this is cooling
faster then i...

but do i hate what she is
or do i want to be her
and don't we love something fresh
anything new, virgin

woman, you got too many brambles
hiding under these bushes
woman, you got too many brambles
but i always liked a good storm
always good for a storm

so then love walked up to like
said i know that you don't like me much
let's go for a ride
this ocean is wrapped around that pineapple tree
and is your place in heaven
worth giving up these kisses
these, yes, these kisses

and peggy got a message for me, from jesus
and i heard every word
that you have said
and i know i have been
driven like the snow

but this is cooling
faster than i can
hey...
faster than i can
cooling
this is cooling
this is cooling

Dao De Jing: Chapter 1

source:
Dao De Jing: A Philosophical Translation
by Roger T. Ames and David L. Hall

Way-making (dao) that can be put into words is not really way-making,
And naming (ming) that can be assigned fixed reference to things is not really naming.

The nameless (wuming) is the fetal beginnings of everything that is happening (wanwu),
While that which is named is their mother.

Thus, to be really objectless in one's desires (wuyu) is how one observes the mysteries of all things,
While really having desires is how one observes their boundaries.

These two--the nameless and what is named--emerge from the same source yet are referred to differently.

Together they are called obscure.
The obscurest of obscure,
They are the swinging gateway of the manifold mysteries.

U.S. -- getting ready to draft men and women ages 18-42

I nearly gagged when I read the bill, H.R. 4752; a bill to draft nearly everyone in the U.S. for a minimum period of two years.

The bill was sponsored by a traitor named Charles Rangel (D-NY). This is the same guy who is trying to push a "Jewish American Month" on Americans; an obvious puppet for the evilarchy of Jewish Zionists who rule this country. This legislation reminds me of the laws in Israel and Russia that require everyone to spend a time in the Military.

I wonder if, should the draft be enstated, the American people will go along with it or will they do as was done long ago in this country?

Many of us don't realize that there was once a time when enstating the draft caused major uproar; people took to the streets, looted the buildings where the draft was conducted, dragged those who were involved out into the streets and killed them. They sent a message to the leadership, they made an example of the traitors involved and showed that we will not have our lives taken over by those in power.

There is one thing that we have to remember if we want to preserve any similence of liberty in this country. If anyone, foreign or domestic, undermines the founding principles lain out in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it is our right and responsibility to stop them.

Why is this so important, you may wonder? Because there have been many occasions where the founding principles were undermined, a precedent was set, and, to this day, those principles are forever lost.

I will now cite numerous examples in order to make it clear to everyone that this has happened and, when it does, it is nearly irreversable:

Lets start by looking at Article I, Section 10:

No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Controul of the Congress.

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Notice anything fishy about the way things are conducted now as opposed to the way they were lain out in this section? The first thing I noticed is that we are supposed to be using Gold and Silver coins for commerce. Unfortunately, this was done away with long ago. They had to stop this because those in control of this country simply could not prosper with an honest monetary system; they needed a way to produce unlimited amounts of debt with no checks or balances.

Another portion of this section that has been eviscerated concerns the use of warfare. As we all know, the United States was neither attacked nor threatened by Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan. It is thus unconstitutional for them to have gone to war and even worse, without the required declaration of war.

The founders of America wrote this section in order to maintain some similence of social and economic responsibility in our society; it is also meant to limit the powers of the government and the presidency. Now that Article I, Section 10 has been eviscerated, our generation and future generations will live under ever-greater forms of tyrrany.

Now lets have a look at the Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

It is clearly stated, in this amendment, that probable cause is necessary in order to perform searches. Unfortunately, however, the man now in charge of the CIA claims that there is no "probable cause" stipulation in the Fourth Amendment.

see for yourself:
Michael Hayden: "probable cause" is not in the 4th amendment

So it turns out that the constitution means whatever the judges and politicians say, regardless of what it actually says.

I could go on and on citing examples, but I've made my point. We must be prepared to do whatever is necessary to stop this cashist cartel from controlling every aspect of our lives. We must remember that they operate slowly, over many generations; they seek to create a world in which nobody will enjoy the liberties we do now; a world simmilar to that portrayed by THX1138, 1984, A Brave New World and Gattaca, just to name a few.

I know it is depressing to think about these things. Just imagine how depressed we will all be if this agenda continues much longer...

NiN: 6/6/2006 concert in Birmingham

Last night I took a trip down to Birmingham with a few friends and saw Trent Reznor play a live show at the venue formerly known as the Oak Mountain Amphitheater. The last time I was at this place, Tool was playing the Lateralus tour.

Not having previously seen Nine Inch Nails life, I must admit that they put on an excellent live show. Trent really knows how to spread his energy to the crowd; the visual effects are also quite stunning. The show was combined with a number of interesting visual effects, many of them three dimensional and encompassing the whole stage.

During some parts of the concert, a sort of metal screen was lowered in front of the artists; images appeared on this screen from the lights that were on it. They combined the images on this screen with the stage-wide screen that was behind the artists for an excellent 3D effect. It truly made the whole stage come to life.

For example, they would show these detailed red droplets moving up on the rear screen and moving blocks of color appeared on the front screen. The effect choreographers did well to enhance the emotions expressed while retaining simplicity and sophistication.

Although I enjoyed the performance, I was disappointed with the way in which the Amphitheater was re-arranged. Remembering back to the days of that unforgettable Tool concert, I begin to notice many a change in the way concerts are conducted at this venue.

One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of an open space near the stage. The only place where you could watch and listen to the music was in the confinement of your assigned seat and what fun is that? I and many others chose to take to the aisles only to have the security cops come by every 10 minutes and push everyone back into their rows.

Anyhow, I won't dwell on this subject any longer, let it suffice for me to say that the Verizon Music Center, formerly the Oak Mountain Amphitheater is a shitty place.

If I'm able to get my camera-phone to email me the pictures and videos, I'll post 'em up if anything came out good.

higher selves, above the etheric plane

Within each of us there exists an entity, one which is beyond this etheric plane; a purely spiritual entity which exists in the higher dimensions, this entity is known as the higher self. I often hear it referred to as the Third Eye.

During key periods of our lives, especially great periods of transition, if the individual is open to receiving help from their higher spiritual centers. This higher self, with its ability to tap into the infinite wisdom of the ages, lights the path. It is the force of hope and compassion that enters our lives when we feel we can continue no longer.

When we feel dead to the world and think that our life can offer no more truth, beauty or purpose of any kind, this is when the higher self, feeling empathy during our periods of darkeness and dispair, gives a warm embrace and a re-assurance that there is something worth existing for; it is not all just meaningless and cruel as it seems.

The only thing that stands in the way of the guiding compassion of the higher self is our lower self, which constructs many a barrier to preserve its own stability and prevent the loss of its various attachments. It is for this reason that we must meditate on ego-loss, we must eliminate our egos in order to access the wisdom of the ages and fulfill our purpose, whatever it may be, in this sphere of existence upon which we are incarnated.

The time has come to see what awaits on the other side; the time has come for vast changes in ourselves. We must call upon our higher selves, the guide who has been there for thousands of lifetimes, the guide who knows a great deal about all facets of existence. So that we may best live-out our fleeting moments here, in an existence which forever echoes loving compassion into the great many myriad things comprising this existence.

We ask it, should it see fit, that it help to produce the transformation that we feel is greatly needed at this time, to help us choose the right path; one which is of the greatest level of compassion, one which will lead us to the next great trials and tribulations of this lifetime.

We are ready to take the new path if the time is right. Wherever it may lead, we stand firm, we stand ready for this great period to arrive; the great hour when action is to be taken, an hour which will echo for all of eternity.
