higher selves, above the etheric plane

Within each of us there exists an entity, one which is beyond this etheric plane; a purely spiritual entity which exists in the higher dimensions, this entity is known as the higher self. I often hear it referred to as the Third Eye.

During key periods of our lives, especially great periods of transition, if the individual is open to receiving help from their higher spiritual centers. This higher self, with its ability to tap into the infinite wisdom of the ages, lights the path. It is the force of hope and compassion that enters our lives when we feel we can continue no longer.

When we feel dead to the world and think that our life can offer no more truth, beauty or purpose of any kind, this is when the higher self, feeling empathy during our periods of darkeness and dispair, gives a warm embrace and a re-assurance that there is something worth existing for; it is not all just meaningless and cruel as it seems.

The only thing that stands in the way of the guiding compassion of the higher self is our lower self, which constructs many a barrier to preserve its own stability and prevent the loss of its various attachments. It is for this reason that we must meditate on ego-loss, we must eliminate our egos in order to access the wisdom of the ages and fulfill our purpose, whatever it may be, in this sphere of existence upon which we are incarnated.

The time has come to see what awaits on the other side; the time has come for vast changes in ourselves. We must call upon our higher selves, the guide who has been there for thousands of lifetimes, the guide who knows a great deal about all facets of existence. So that we may best live-out our fleeting moments here, in an existence which forever echoes loving compassion into the great many myriad things comprising this existence.

We ask it, should it see fit, that it help to produce the transformation that we feel is greatly needed at this time, to help us choose the right path; one which is of the greatest level of compassion, one which will lead us to the next great trials and tribulations of this lifetime.

We are ready to take the new path if the time is right. Wherever it may lead, we stand firm, we stand ready for this great period to arrive; the great hour when action is to be taken, an hour which will echo for all of eternity.
